What can we make with this?

I recently dug out these lovely mahogany planks, which are reclaimed from a school gym floor. I started to think about creating patterned table surfaces and how I could attach the planks to a surface. I remembered I had a box of beautiful copper nails from my boat building days. An idea is forming – watch this space.
